The roadside assistance service will be provided in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the insurance policy, which are available to the customer at the administrative office of SIMPLE RENT SRLS, in order to allow them to review its contents.

The service can only be activated if the CUSTOMER meets at least one of the following conditions:

• Has contacted the operations center that provides roadside assistance (toll-free number included in the insurance policy);
• The intervention was ordered by a public authority;
• The customer has been transported to the Emergency Room.

The transport of the vehicle and insured persons is included up to a maximum distance of 50 km from the location of the assistance. Any additional distance required to return the vehicle to the SIMPLE RENT SRLS office will be at the customer’s expense.
