I’m a smoker, is it allowed to smoke in your cars?

No, Smoking is NOT allowed in all of our cars.

What the Full Kasco insurance doesn’t cover?

The Full Kasco insurance doesn’t cover any damage to the wheels, any interior damages, losing or damaging the keys of the vehicle or any damage caused by poor care of the vehicle (e.g, filling the car with the wrong type of fuel), it does cover any other damages cause by collision, scratches or external damage. I can’t collect my car at your office, what can I do? / How can I collect my car?

Our service provides deliveries to your hotel or at the airport for your arrival at the arranged time.

Can I return the car in another city?

No, all the cars must be returned in locations not further than 20 Km from Olbia city center, unless previous agreement taken with us during the reservation phase.

I only have a Debit Card, can I rent a car with Simple Rent?

We don’t ask for any deposit or payment in advance so you can pay with any card or cash on the day.

I’m travelling with companions, can they drive the car?

Yes, is it possible without any extra costs.

Should I return the car with a full tank of fuel?

Yes, Simple Rent always deliver the cars with a full tank of fuel and they must be returned in the same condition.
