Terms and Conditions of the Super Loss Damage Waiver (SLDW) / Full Kasko Policy

Definitions:

– SLDW/Full Kasko: Super Loss Damage Waiver/Full kasko, is an advanced insurance coverage that offers superior protection over standard LDW.

– Zero Deductible: a policy that eliminates any cost to the customer in the event of damage or theft of the rented vehicle.

Coverage:

The SLDW/Full Kasko policy provides comprehensive coverage for:

– Damage to the rented vehicle caused by collisions, accidents or vandalism.

– Total or partial theft of the rented vehicle.

– Glass damage

Exclusions:

SLDW/Full Kasko policy does not cover:

– Tire damage, in case of puncture or damage to tires. The entire cost of the repair, which must be done in accordance with the law, will be borne by the client.

– Damage to the roof and underbody of the car.

– Loss or damage to the car key.

– Damage caused to any accessories, purchased during the rental phase (ex: Child seats, Satellite Navigators, etc.).

– Damage caused by misfuelling.

– Loss or damage to personal belongings inside the vehicle.

– Damage caused by driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

– Damage caused by misuse or violation of traffic laws.

Zero Deductible:

With SLDW/Full Kasko, the customer is not required to pay any deductible in the event of a claim, providing total peace of mind during the rental.

Conditions of Validity:

The SLDW/Full Kasko policy is valid only if the customer:

– Complies with all conditions of the rental agreement.

– Does not commit traffic violations that cause damage or theft of the vehicle.

Modifications and Upgrades:

The rental company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the SLDW/Full Kasko policy. Changes will be communicated to customers and will take effect from the date of publication.
